Here is my last twitter contact transcript. I removed one of my messages between the 17:23 and 17:29 messages as it contained my data but as you can see they do get back to you quickly (sometimes).

My DM was replied to and handled in about 40 mins from start to finish - see the timestamps.

The actual complaint was coincidentally dealt with soon after - within a week I think.
