Hi. I have wanted to cancel an RFS for some time but couldn't face waiting on the phone for hours. I have just looked at the booking and MMB now offers the option of cancelling it online. It mentions applying for a voucher but also states this -
"If you have an Avios Reward Flight Saver, Reward Flight, Companion or Gold Upgrade Voucher booking, please note that by submitting this form you will be given a refund and your Companion or Gold Upgrade Voucher will revert back to the original expiry date".
Has anyone else noticed this? Perhaps the BA's software has been upgraded at last.
