I got quoted 21 hours for a callback. I'm not calling Singapore. If AA does the callback tomorrow evening and tries to stiff me on the two SWUs because of their own operational incompetence (why aren't these bookable online?), well, I'm already reevaluating my loyalty. I'm closer to Diamond and 1K than to EXP, and giving a hard time on the SWUs would be a good reason to move all my travel over to DL or UA.
