It depends on the airport terminals you use. Far from every airport has CLEAR, and even at airports that do have CLEAR but the have multiple terminals, not necessarily every terminal has CLEAR.

I you mostly fly though airport terminals that don't have CLEAR, it won't much be of much use to you.

And if you fly at times when the PreCheck line moves quickly, it's not clear (pardon the pun ) how much CLEAR would save you on top of PreCheck.

And it may also depend on how often you fly. If you don't fly that often, even a few minutes saved per flight may not be worth the bother to you.

I haven't found it worth it for me because at the times that I travel and at the airport terminals I use I typically get through PreCheck very quickly anyway. But then, not only do I not travel for business, I don't tend to travel at typical business travel hours.
