I understand that the train to and from the airport is frequent and fast, but given the need to go through customs/immigration and then back through security, under current conditions is this enough time to safely visit for few hours? We're in business class on SK if that matters, e.g. might qualify for Fastrack or the equivalent if they have it. If we do have time, is there a left luggage facility where we could store our carrryons?
Should be possible to go into town for a few hours. Even going through immigration. If you are flying long haul business or the European Plus class for the second flight, you will get fast track at security. Where are you arriving from, and going to? Knowing that makes it bit easier to estimate the necessary time.
