Sorry in adv if I am starting new post instead of adding to other thread (admins please let me know or delete this thread).

I am looking to go visit parents in Ahm (Ahmedabad) India for 20-25 days in Sept or Oct. I want to do first time biz class booking, but also want to use this opportunity to bump up my alaska EQM status. Want something that's good deal and also helps with alaska status.
BTW I can fly from Seattle to anywhere in India and book local flight for cheap to get to Ahm.
Any suggestions?
