Are there any BA checks for compliance with EU Covid travel rules?

It seems that there are random EU countries which still have varying and different COVID travel restrictions for travellers from the UK. However, as far as I can see there are no checks at the OLCI stage, nor at airport check-in. Is that correct ?

I was a little surprised to find today that Ms FF99, who was double jabbed last summer but is too young to be boosted is absolutely not allowed into the Netherlands when travelling from the UK on a UK passport, but - as far as I can tell and very much hope ! - is allowed in when travelling from the UK on her EU passport (can anyone confirm that ??)..

I was checking out Spain for a forthcoming trip and find that even with her EU passport she still needs a pre-departure test, as her 2nd jab was more than 270 days ago,

Given this rag bag of rules, and the lack of any pre-departure checks,, there must be more than a minimal number of cases of people not having the right paperwork, but no reports that have seen of people being denied entry on arrival. Can anyone provide any anecdotal reports of how different countries are actually policing their rules?
