Appreciate response, will try Saudi. I was losing my mind on the phone with both the carrier (AF) and ticketing agent (VS). AF indicated that they look up the fair code for the ticketing agent so VS with O fare (economy), but VS says that's wrong and despite a very nice VS agent spending over 2 hours on the phone with me and gate agents we couldn't resolve. Back to phones again I suppose. Was hoping there was maybe an email or a chat that actually worked but doesn't seem like it. At least AF phone wait times have been quick, for them to just tell me to call VS only to have VS tell me it's coded properly.
