Yes, there are going to be more bad/meh Radisson Americas properties than bad/meh Hilton/Marriott properties.

Radisson (green): Quite a few are old and should be refurbished.
Country Inn: there are great ones, and there are somewhat old/tired ones. I would say that while almost every Hampton Inn/Fairfield Inn is good, it seems to me that Holiday Inn Express and Country Inn are a tier below Hampton/Fairfield. E.g. there are some super shiny new ones, and some old ones that haven't been renovated recently. I have not seen anything outrageously bad with Country Inn the way I would with e.g. Knights Inn.
