I’ve used the desktop and it shows the voucher with an end date of Sept 2023, but nowhere can I find an option to use it.
it is an old voucher from 2019 which has been extended due to the pandemic so my guess is that they haven’t applied that extension properly somehow.
I’ve been trying to call BA for months to resolve this but cannot get hold of anyone for love nor money! Have tried live chat & email too but all say I need to call. Guess I’ll need to keep trying…..
