I'm flying with Philippine Airline from LAX to Denpasar, Indonesia with a 15.5 hour layover in Manila. I'd like to leave the Manila airport to get a hotel room to sleep during the layover. However, on Philippine Airline's website, it says "International transit passengers are not allowed to go out of the terminal if there is no stopover indicated in the ticket." Does this mean I wouldn't be able to leave the airport during my long layover?
