Following the above mentioned steps, I felt like I was being patient, but haven't had much success. I have called in probably 10 different times, and only once was an agent able to find a single day of award space for me (which didn't work for me), while AA and BA show numerous days available. This agent I had to go through the above process with, and she then ended up talking with a manager before being able to find that award. I ended up speaking with her a couple of days later, and then she wasn't able to find anything again, so I'm not sure if Singapore just has a severely limited amount of awards on Alaska, or if she just wasn't able to do it correctly again.

As for using chat, I haven't been able to connect to an agent a single time, after waiting over an hour, and also trying right at their open in Singapore time. This feature always times out on me saying that no agents are available at the time.
