Couple of questions.
Looking at a BUD-HNL TP run for next year.
1) If I phone BA will they be able to take payment in GBP rather than the quoted HUF? (So I can maximise BA Amex PP points. I have 0% FX card options if not.)
2) The BA website suggests the phone booking fee of £15 is waived for Golds - is this correct?
