I’d frankly say that the MH F/Platinum section is amongst the weaker OWE/F offerings out there, perhaps behind BA Galleries First at LHR.
Although I am a little frustrated with MH as they moved me from my reserved business class seat (one of the throne seats) quietly without notice or warning, I have to disagree here. MH's platinum lounge is furnished to a much higher standard and offers more personalised service compared to LHR Galleries First.
Aside from the quality of wines on offer, LHR Galleries First really feels like an office cafeteria.
