This hotel is in my rotation of lodging options when attending annual conference at Purdue: a perfectly adequate Residence Inn with friendly service. It's on the Lafayette side of the Wabash (10-15 min away from campus), close to I-65 and on the main drag with lots of other similar hotels (next to Home2, nearby to Courtyard, Fairfield, Homewood, Hampton and HIX - - new Drury Inn opened within last year too) and lots of chain restaurants that you'd expect to find close to the interstate, for better or worse. In fact, when staying at this RI in late April this year, a new Popeyes adjacent to the hotel was having a grand opening, and cars were lined up 25+ deep for the drive-thru, rendering it almost impossible to get into the RI parking lot. [For *Popeye's*!! I like a good biscuit, but come on...]
