The service is even worse, as they do not afford Radisson elite members any benefits. It got to the point where I held a conference call with the front office manager and Radisson customer service to force the hotel to honor a 30 minute early check in. They agreed to do so, but wanted to charge me $50 because the benefit doesn't state that it's complementary. I escalated the case with Radisson (it turned into a ridiculous quest for me), but was led to believe that Radisson didn't want to push the issue with the owner since they lost their Times Square location a year prior to Doubletree. I believe, but could be wrong, that both hotels are owned by the same entity.
Basically, I shouldn't expect much elite recognition as a HH Diamond?
