Hello and welcome to the forum. You can do this in Istanbul. You may even be able to get the Air Albania boarding pass online. However, the problem will be at check in in Egypt. They will see you flying to Istanbul only and expect you to have a visa to enter Turkey. You would need to check with Egyptair to see if they would allow you to board in Cairo.
i already have the turkish visa but its a single entry and i plan to enter turkey on my way back from albania… my concern is about the 1st leg.. when i arrive istanbul airport on two separate flights and different airlines.. would i be considered a “transfer passenger” and no need to go to passport control and i can find an air albania desk to make my boarding without needing to use my visa at that moment?
