The nice man at the Hilton CTO last week told me December 1 was D Day for that office. He also told me that the Greenbriar CTO (about 10 minutes from the Hilton) remains open. So do all of the ones on the north side of ATL. So, I don't think this is the death of all the CTOs but the numbers definitely are shrinking...
