Looking more closely at the tripadvisor photos of the Hyatt Regency....it seems many of them are old photos from the days when it was a Holiday Inn. Hopefully they have removed all the old bathtubs and put in walk-in showers in all the rooms.

Looking at the 2 reviews you linked from "Live and let's Fly" it seems they have indeed modernized both the rooms and bathrooms for the Hyatt Regency...however for the Hyatt House the rooms and bathrooms look exactly the same as when it was a Staybridge Suites.
