I’m currently in three bookings for US-Scandinavia non-stop business class flights for myself and have loaded all the APIS data manually. I don’t see the KTN field in any of the bookings on flysas.com or via the SAS app showing up regardless of what I do this time. Perhaps they will show up closer to check-in opening in a few days or during my check-in efforts. I’ve previously manually added numbers into the KTN field just like you recall. Often it’s worked just fine, less so this time.
