Some Delta phone agent love
After a schedule change, I ended up with a 52-minute change in ATL. Legal, but not optimal. I called once to see if I could get an earlier flight from PBI but was told it couldn't be done because my segments were linked, but she could send me to someone who might be able to help. Then the call dropped. Swell.
I called back and the agent I got was very helpful and suggested an earlier flight with about an hour-40 in ATL, and getting me to my destination way sooner, which is what I wanted in the first place. I couldn't get it when I bought the tix because they said that combination wasn't eligible for my free companion ticket.
As a bonus, when it was all done, the agent told me I had a $70 refund coming!
Anyway, I'm mostly an AA flyer, but just wanted to give a shoutout to DL customer service.
