Well I'm in the Concorde Room (ha) and one of the former ticketing agents is here, and she has confirmed that AUPs go off the market at one hour to departure when check-in closes (but people can still pass through security etc). You won't get a POUG, you can get UuA but otherwise your best bet is First Wing if you are a few minutes early in from DUB.
