Here's some you cannot book with money on UA.com: YYZ>YYT, YYT>YXE, YXE>YYD, YYD>LAX

Most of them are domestic flights within Canada as we have a complicated 5 leg itinerary. Weirdly some of these are available when booking with miles, which I wont use (this is a business trip).
