Yes. But the check-in staff are going to have the AUP screen up, and you will know about the 35 minutes for Conformance. In any case I don't think AUPs can be done after check-in has closed, so that's an hour to departure. If you have an hour to departure you are going to make Conformance so you may as well do it in the main First Wing check-in area.
