To people like yourself, and all the others in this thread that have this card it seems. Did you decide to get the card just by word of mouth, or did one of the many Capital One funded frequent flyer sites convince you? It's neither here nor there, but I just find the question weird if you, yourself have the card. I digress on that. If they see fit, I'm sure they'll improve upon the welcome booklet, but I don't think it's a focus of Capital One to make their welcome kits more glitzy. Plus all the information is available online and in the app, before you get the card from what I've previously read. Capital One obviously puts a lot of money into their digital offerings, because Chase's and AMEX's apps aren't as good.
