Almost three weeks and two follow up calls - still no proper credit for destination property.
Booked on hyatt, posted as 0/0 so clearly visible, i offered to send them folio if needed yet no action...

Have 3 more destinations stays booked this year.. maybe should wait till all stays are done and submit them straight to executive office..
