Yes, it is realistic. Lome airport is tiny. As long as you have your boarding pass already issued in Addis, you just go through security and back upstairs to departures. Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes at most, 15 minutes if there is a line. Don't make the mistake of standing in line at the transfer desk though.
