1. Booking a midsize reservation allows me to walk down the emerald isle and select any car and be charged the midsize set price? Does that also apply to emerald aisle executive cars? Is there an upcharge from midsize when selecting a car in the emerald isle executive section?

Yes, in the Emerald aisle, you can select any car and you will be charged for a midsize. No, Emerald Executive is a separate section for Emerald Executive members. The vehicles are supposed to be newer and/or less miles. However if your status is Emerald Exec, then yes, you can select an Emerald Exec car for the price of a mid-size.
