Several days ago I booked myself and my husband MCI-ORD-BRU-PRG-VIE-LHR-ORD-MCI and requested upgrades using miles. We're on 2 PNR's because the miles are coming from 2 accounts. A few minutes ago I checked & his itinerary is clearly visible with all details but mine is blank. What's happening? (I called several times yesterday to make SURE we were waitlisted for upgrades before 12/1 & was assured each time that we were.)
