What I have done the last few flights is grab an extra quilt and use that as a base. Overall IFS is mediocre to be honest as crews are nowhere near as motivated as they were 5 years ago. The measly snack box is raided within minutes of it being put out, but I am lucky as I often sleep about 75-80% of any long haul flight I do. My record is falling asleep beofre take in LAX and having to be woken for landing in HKG. That was a ball breaking trip with something like 19 flights around the USA in 2 weeks.
