I was able to drain out Choice account transferring all the points to United at 5000:2000 bonus ratio. Here is how it went. It took 48 hours for the transfer requests to process and was able to get it done. DO NOT transfer whole balance at 1 go because if you having issue like some others, you dont want 5:1 ratio to be applied to whole balance. do 5k first, maybe 5k another time, then do whole drain. its taking 48 hours and promo is ending on July 31 so dont know if enough time left to do it all safely.
