I have had both seats already (assuming we are talking about Q-Suites on a Boeing 777-300ER). My advice is to always choose the first compartement on the 77W because the air con system behind and around door 2 ist extremly loud. In the front there is also some noise but much less. Both seats are close to the galleys - so no big difference here. If it would be an A350 you could choose both seats and wouldn't have any noise issues.
