Just don't forget that NSFU will be marked next to your booking if you take a special meal. That means no upgrade even if for some reason they wanted to bump you up a class.

A couple of specific comments. Vegetarian lacto can include cheese/cream based meals so in my experience (I no longer request because of NSFU) it can be quite good. Another point is if you order the meal for the outbound journey it will be automatically ordered for the return since BA assumes you made a mistake in not ordering it for both directions.
