- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? yes was good, pleasant

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Júnior suite, no upgrade, was not expecting

- How are the rooms? nice, this hotel was a bit noisy, from other guests and sounds like catering carts being moved around,

- What was good and what was bad?

Good: quick and efficient check in, was a bit rough for an higher tier hotel, but was ok,

Bad: booked on ALL website, i thought i booked the bed and bfast rate, but turns out, only one of the mornings was the bed and bfast rate was included, the other night was room only, i dont even know how that happened, i had to pay for the other morning bfast.
i arrived at bfast about 9am, offerings looked a bit stale, and dry, seems like it has been out for a while, not as fresh as it could be. bfast staff was good.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? yes i always ask, yes used,

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? yes was ok, of the 4 Sofitel's in Paris, we have stayed in 3, we like the Baltimore the best out of 3.
