- How are the rooms? the room was good, top floor nice and spacious

- What was good and what was bad?

Good: top floor spacious room, no view, nice welcome/diamond amenity of fruit plate and baked goods, hotel was hard to access, as heavy security on the street, and have to enter a checkpoint due to the American embassy, maybe good, maybe bad in your opinion, i was ok with the security.

Bad: we arrived at from the airport at 11am, was hoping our room was ready, it was not, had to wait 4 hours until 3 pm, we came off a flight from Canada, not the hotels fault, just the way it is a guess, i did email the hotel a couple days before to let them know a diamond member would like early check in, i understand,
the hallways leading up to the room door is all beat up and gross, once inside the room the environment was better, hallways was shockingly bad,
we saw 2 housekeepers in the hallways during our visit, both had sour angry faces,


- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? none that i know of

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? i always ask at check in, they were issued, somehow we were not able to use them,
