Thanks.
ETA: Ah, looks like E is a new concourse that opened up last month. Now I'm thinking it doesn't work to go to the Eventyr Lounge (near C26) if the SAS flight departs from an E gate, because it appears that E has its own passport control. Anyone have experience with this?
It works. It’s accessible whether a C or E departure to the US.
E gates have been used for well before June this year. Not a fan of E other than there are usually lots of seats and plugs to charge things while waiting for boarding.
Going up the non-Schengen side escalator/steps after CPH passport control allows me to run between Eventyr and every US-bound flight there is at CPH, whether from C or E. And to do so without having to pass passport control a second time.
Go toward the non-Schengen C gates, clear passport control, use Eventyr, and then come back toward passport control but go upstairs instead of to passport control again. Then take the long walk to the E gates along the upper level corridor before eventuality making your way back to the main level for boarding. No need to reclear passport control or anything else other than the walk.
