Do you want the upgrades processed correctly or serve as DL's QA? Have you never heard of HUCA?
This has been a problem with uninformed agents for years and has been especially bad since many senior agents were let go during COVID.
You can still file a complaint with DL. In fact, I get an email survey after every call I make to the Medallion line.
