FWIW, EK says officially that QF codeshares don't get chauffeur transfers as of April 2021. In practice, I was able to get chauffeur transfers on an Europe-AU RT in F this summer, but I think there's no guarantees you'll actually get them if you book an QF/EK codeshare.
