What is the real story? I've been only 'charged' for one certificate for previous usage (and all involved connections, every last one of them), so is this agent incorrect, or am I?

Thanks!
so long as it is all one ticket, just one is needed. And make sure you write in and complain; we need to get these new agents written-up and trained.
