Does anyone know where the option to refund the advance seat selection lie? Lufthansa changed my flight and I lost my seats. They said I'd have to submit a refund request online but I only see refund requests for flights and not specifically seats. I don't want them to accidentally cancel my trip. (I've seen the horror stories).

Since I've been reticketed, I can't see the old seat booking in the my booking page. I have the old receipts for them with their unique e-ticket number.

(on a side note it's ridiculous that you don't get automatically refunded for seats when you lose them due to an airline factor)
