Yes, I have been in 1A/K and 8A/K. Didn't notice any great difference in noise in either to be honest. Row 8 will obviously have more foot traffic during boarding, but will have less foot traffic during the flight. They are both great seats, so I don't think you will regret selecting either. My personal choice would be to go for row 8, as I generally prefer to sit in the mini cabin if possible.
Row 8 will also give a great view of the wing and engine, if you're into that.
