This is the pay rate chart for the
call center, assuming similar wage progression for the concierges, you'll be making more than Tim Hortons by step 2. $27 with annual wage increases seems better than most entry level jobs that exist out there (and heck, even ON healthcare jobs where wage increases were capped at 1%).
