My AF plat was matched with TK elite on 14 April this year. I did an international TK flight a few days later, and my status was upgraded to Elite in the app.
So far I have not received a membership card/luggage tags at my permanent address in Denmark. Is it worth writing to Customer Service to ask for it or has TK (like Flying Blue) stooped issuing physical cards?
I don't think they mail cards anymore, but you can pick one up at the miles and smiles desk at IST.
That said, I don't think a physical card is particularly necessary anymore - I've stopped carrying it and haven't had any problems with scanning my digital card anywhere.
