If I had chosen a connection at DFW, I would be willing to bet a large sum of money that I would not have been upgraded. I would almost encourage you to occasionally book a connection at a spoke for hub to hub flights to almost guarantee upgrades. I would not be nearly as high on the list as you are, and I get upgraded 3/4 of the time out of Oklahoma City.



I'm wondering if there's really any benefit for a DFW based flyer to be any higher than platinum? When executive platinums don't get upgrades, what benefits are there really that or any better than a regular platinum?
