Yes, I had that rate last week. Note that it can be combined with breakfast credit - was a bargain at USD 90 per night (+ resort fee..) with 50 USD breakfast credit (which I persuaded them to let me use at The Kitchen) and USD 35 beverage credit.
Beverage credit can be used at most places in resorts world - conrad bar, the kitchen, egg shop, room service, pool bar etc. Needs to be used daily, not cumulative.
