The "operated by xxx for yyy" is normally the sign of a wet lease arrangement. Just as I got full BA tier points for my LHR-FAO "operated by Finnair for British Airways", I would expect tier points for AY HEL-LIS "operated by DAT for Finnair" to accumulate Avios and Tier Points as a normal AY flight.

We will see, as I am also flying LIS-HEL in September.
