Prices are always reasonable (for Tokyo lol) and it's clean and well kept. Plenty of decent restaurants as well (which is one of the many reasons we live in the neighborhood).
I second the Dormy Inn Hatchobori. Rooms are small but adequate, and it's a nice neighborhood. The breakfast is nice and you can eat outside on a small patio along the river. It's a really excellent value.
