What in the... is this point of this? Why couldn't they just do a skip the counter ticket thing like Alamo brand does?

Enterprise sure likes to make everything harder.

Looks like it is in testing phase at 5 US airports only. I guess they will refine it.

What is strange is during COVID, some Enterprise did do a skip the counter ticket based function like Alamo (I was never lucky enough to get the option).
