If you've booked directly with the airline it's 50:50 it will work. If you've used an OTA it's very possible Saudia has the agency number and e-mail address as the primary contacts: which means you receive no authentication details.

Data point : If you used Expedia to book your Saudia flights, the contact details you provide to Expedia will be the ones that Saudia uses as primary contacts.
