During my application process I saw nothing about the United Club membership. Is this no longer a thing or is it something I have to call in an and ask for. It is an
unpublished benefit that renews annually every year like clockwork. If you don't see anything after a couple of months I would call the number on the card. Most of the Chase bankers and investment advisors are clueless about JPM-R other than being aware it exists.
